Precision Profile & Sheet Cutting
Because the torch path is driven by the file rather than by hand, intricate profiles, repeat brackets and decorative panels all come out identical. Good for one-off parts, small production runs and anything with detail a hand cut can't hold.
From DXF File to Finished Part
Send a DXF, DWG or IPT file and we'll nest it and cut it. No file? Send a photo, a dimensioned sketch or the old part and we'll draw it up before anything gets cut — then fold, weld and finish it in the same shop if you want the completed item rather than flat parts.

Plasma Cutting FAQs
What is CNC plasma cutting?
CNC plasma cutting uses a computer-guided torch to blow an electrically conductive jet of superheated plasma through sheet metal, following a digital drawing. Because the path is controlled by the file rather than by hand, every part comes out identical — which makes it ideal for intricate profiles, repeat runs and precise bracketry.
What file formats do you accept?
DXF, DWG and IPT. If you don't have a CAD file, send us a photo, a dimensioned sketch or the original part and we'll produce the drawing before cutting.
What thickness can you cut?
We cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium across the common trade and structural thicknesses. Tell us the material and thickness with your enquiry and we'll confirm before quoting.
Do you cut small one-off jobs?
Yes. A single bracket is as welcome as a production run — plenty of our plasma work is one-off parts for trades, tourers and small manufacturers in Ipswich and Brisbane.
